Fix DRC issues

- Gleiche Leitungslaengen fuer differenzielle Signale
 - Anpassungen RJ45 Stecker Footprints
 - Leichte Neuanordnung der Konnektoren
 - Verschiebung Silk-Screen-Logo, damit immer sichtbar

RJ45-Footprints sind forciert, passen aber nicht 100% zum Symbol.
Problem ist, dass Symbol von Amphenol extrem schlecht ist, daher
wurde stattdessen 8P8C_Shielded genommen als Symbol. Wir sollten
bei Gelegenheit den Footprint von Amphenol anpassen, dass der
die gleichen Pads fuer das Shielding nutzt wie 8P8C_Shielded,
dann haben wir auch keinen Aerger.
